doctar kurang mesra..macam tak check just bual tak berapa tengok pun masalah kulit kita.. mahal boleh tahan dapat pencuci, krim pagi,krim malam.. x pasti ok atau x..hope also my skin back to normal no with pimple.😞 so scary

Just get reply from the clinic,I understand already the prescription give separately is due to hygiene and safety reason.But still the medication fees are too high,after tell patient about the pricing,hope you all will explain to patient each medicine and prescription cost how much and the consultation how much,at least as patient can let us understand why we pay this high amount of money because nowadays earn money is very difficult,hope you guys can understand, thanks for your reply. 虽然不是第一次来这间皮肤专科诊所看医生，但之前有一位男的老医生没有算那么贵。。。我带母亲来看她的皮肤病，是Dr. Poh一位年轻的男医生，没想到付钱时医生给3种药，1罐药膏和1只洗皮肤的收450块😱然后我自己突然想起头皮有生一点廯叫医生给药膏擦，结果那一小罐药膏算我60块而且今天仔细拿来闻时才发现原来跟我母亲的那罐药膏其实是一样的。。。这样的话其实医生可以直接叫我用我妈妈的那罐药膏就可以了啊。。。为什么要另外给一样的药膏又赚多我们60块呢？结果总共付款时是510块。。。对于我们普通家庭来说，妈妈70多岁的老人家，这个价钱真的算是天价😢感觉好像去了JB的专科医院看医生那么贵😭他们在收费这么贵时，应该开一张收据列出来每一样东西的价钱，或者用口头跟病人交代那些药膏和药的价钱每一样多少钱？门诊费用多少？就算病人没开口，这么大的数目应该主动解释给病人听才称得上专业的服务态度吧。。。

之所以给差评是因为医生所配备的药丸离谱的多。这也是为什么之前的评论也说的，他们会给你签署一旦给了钱不可退的随手文件。其实治疗的药物是不错的，但是量剂大，而且一般都是给两个星期的药（太夸张吧！其中一颗7块钱，还不是一种罢了）。 吃不到三天我也自动停服了，也痊愈了，所以这家诊所贵是量剂大不懂依病况分配药物。也和之前评论中同一位医生。所以其实可以不用那么贵的，是药配方面出了问题，只要取药前询问才能避免不必要的差价。

**Greetings,** I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the team at Dr. Ko Clinic, Kulai branch, for their excellent service during my visits on 30th June 2025 and 2nd July 2025. The front-line staff were consistently polite and professional. My first visit was at 10:00 AM, and the second was at 6:10 PM—close to their closing time—yet the quality of service remained equally attentive and courteous on both occasions. Dr. Poh, who attended to me, was friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff also communicated with me via WhatsApp, promptly responding to my queries and clearing my doubts. I'm already seeing improvement in my condition—contact dermatitis caused by dust—and I truly appreciate the care and support provided. **Thank you once again.**

Dr. KO clinic at Kulaijaya. I am delighted to give five stars rating on their services. Always look forward to been serve by great service. Dr elaborate clearly and the treatment is always suit well to me. Been here since 2017. Keep it up.

Great experiences here. Dr. Poh is very good and professional doctor. He explained the causes and give suggestions for me with good manner and easy to understand words for normal people like us. The receptionist and nurses are also very polite and easy to deal with. The appointment are also easy to arrange in my case I had cancel an appointment and they give me a new appointment on the same day thanks to their receptionist/clinic assistant. I had cystic acne for a long time and I had to get some injection to ease the acne which was not as normal acne and it was a good experience, easy and nice treatment. Cant wait to maintain the treatments for several months and see the result. Overall it was a nice experience, professional services, very welcoming to new people and I really recommend anyone to come here for skin problems.
