何日も前から予約していたのにここに来たら場所が違うと言われ、grabで10分離れた場所を教えられました。 その場所もすごくわかりづらくて、行くだけで疲れ果てました… これから行く人は住所をしっかり確認することをおすすめします。 施術したらそれについては追記します。 追記です。 ドクターが遅れるからと コンサルの前に麻酔クリームを塗りました。 色んなクリニック行ったけど、初めての経験でした。 待つ事一時間、、やっと女医さんが来ました。 話してみると良かったので、 施術をお願いすることにしました。 おすすめしてくれるチョイスも良かったし、 丁寧に施術してくれました！！！ 施術自体には⭐︎5をつけたいけど、、 他のマイナスを差し引いて最終的に⭐︎3にします。

Regretted and disappointed to inform you that we have visited your clinic on 17-10-2024 at 1.20pm located at Block B, Ground Floor, No. 7, Megan Avenue 1, Jalan Tun Razak, 50450, Kuala Lumpur and wanted to have consultation and thereafter to get proper treatment upon advice. I was told by your Sabahan staff that your Dermatologist is not free at that time and she will contact me after an hour because my office is situated in the same building. However, after approximately 2 hours I came down to your clinic to find out what happened and why no one contacted me and I was informed by Sabahan staff that your Dermatologist is out for an emergency. My concern was why no one called me ? Good service, ethical communication in business is a fundamental value for a fresh new customer. Don't you think so?

Fantastic service. Fiona was particularly helpful and was so gentle with my facial. I was in a bit of a rush and she worked with me to ensure both my facial and Botox appointments were done in time. Thanks!!

WHY AM I NOT GETTING A RESPONSE ON MY WHATSAPP NEITHER ARE YOU PICKING UP MY CALLS? Please don't bully your clients, you should take responsibility for burning my skin during my laser sessions. Respond to my WhatsApp and calls or I'm going to take further actions! Which reputable organisation blocks their clients on IG and Facebook? You should be ashamed of your lousy sense of professional!

I had my 2nd session of masseter botox.I did it again coz everyone in my workplace noticed that my face is slimmer.Thanks to Dr Sara and her assistant Mae who is very accomodating.Both assisted Dr Hamid too who did my hair PRP treatment. I will leave another review once I see the result for my PRP.I love this place for my beauty procedures
