It was my first visit to EE Clinic yesterday, recommended by a friend, and I had such a wonderful experience. The consultation with Dr. Ee went smoothly — everything was explained clearly, and I felt very confident about the treatment plan. I’ve already signed up for the procedure and am excited to see the upcoming changes in my skin. A big thank you to Niky and Dr. Ee for their excellent service and patience in explaining every detail so thoroughly. Also follow-up the next day on my condition. Overall, my first visit to E.E. My first visit for a consultation with Dr Lim was pleasant. She’s soft spoken & patient. Comfortable with her clear explanation. I went through all the Dr qualification from their website & at first i was a bit doubtful whether to go with Dr Lim to be as my injector for other Dr seem to be more specialized in aesthetic in their years of experience. However Dr Lim used to served in a pediatric department so I think she has the meticulous & patience trait which I think is quite important. Since my first visit with her was comfortable, I decided to trust her. Glad that my first visit till the procedure day with the sales consultant was simple & comfortable approach. No hard sales in closing packages so I think the management has done a good job in this. It gives no pressure. Everything is just straight to the point & no confusion or add ups. I like how they actually let the Dr to consult first then only the sales consultant takes over with the pricing unlike other places. Hospitality wise is basic and tidy. So overall this place does give me the confidence to proceed any further treatment.

My visit to this branch was prompted by an ad on social media. I was particularly drawn to Dr. Ee’s professional explanation featured in the advertisement, which led me to schedule an appointment at the Sri Petaling outlet. Dr. Ee is indeed very professional and detail-oriented. She patiently addressed all the questions I had. I decided to engage their service because of their anniversary promo. The assistants were all very friendly and cheerful ✨️😌 it made the experience even better! Oh yeah one more sweet and meaningful treatment I received as a birthday present 🎁 Thank you so much ❤️ 😊

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an aesthetic clinic. While the clinic has advanced technology, their pricing is significantly higher than other clinics in the area, which was disappointing given the level of service provided. I was really looking forward to this appointment, but the consultation was extremely basic. Instead of offering professional recommendations or insights, the staff simply asked me what my concerns were. There was no in-depth analysis, imaging, or reports to explain what treatments I might need — something I’ve experienced at many other reputable clinics. Because the treatments were so expensive, I decided to proceed with only a basic hydrafacial. I came with a group, and during the visit, each person received their own service. However, when I was checking out, the clinic attempted to charge me for everyone in my group. When I questioned this, they threatened to call the police. I found this completely inappropriate and unfair. Each person was already present at the clinic and could have been charged individually. It should not be my responsibility to pay for other patients’ services. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. While the technology may be good, the consultation process, pricing transparency, and handling of billing were very disappointing. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
