I visited Dr Abby after a very bad experience at a well-known clinic based in Ipoh with branches in KL. Dr Abby was very meticulous and honest, explaining what would look most natural and offering options within my budget. I chose Novuma, and she performed the procedure with great care. Her team was kind and accommodating, even staying overtime to fit me in as I was from out of town. They also followed up weeks after my injection, as the biostimulator takes time to show results. Truly appreciate their professionalism and warmth.
I'm so happy to have visited this clinic today. They recently acquired the new Profound Matrix machine, and I had the Matrix Pro treatment. It was surprisingly painless with no downtime, and I can already see that my skin looks glowing and feels tighter. Dr. Abby was very professional and kind, and the staff were incredibly welcoming.
