I visited this aesthetics clinic in Bangsar recently and feel it’s fair to share an honest review. The overall setup and procedure were fairly basic. Unfortunately, my experience with the consultant was not a positive one. The communication felt impersonal and overly transactional, with little effort to build rapport or ensure I felt comfortable as a client. While I understand that recommending products or treatment packages is part of the role, professionalism and client engagement should not feel purely SOP-driven. Before-treatment photos were taken twice—during consultation and again after face cleansing—without any explanation given. This lack of communication was uncomfortable and could easily have been avoided with a simple clarification. I would, however, like to highlight that Dr. Vivian was friendly and professional, which helped balance the experience somewhat. Overall, the clinic has room for improvement, particularly in consultant communication and client care at the initial touchpoints.

My experience with PRP treatment and Pico laser here was amazing. The staff were friendly and escorted me from the first session until the end. Drinks were served before the consultation. The consultation was quick, and the explanation was crystal clear, from the price range to the treatment details. They offered another package after my session, but there was no hard selling at all. I will definitely come back for another session.

It’s been a great experience getting treatments from ClincRX Bangsar. The team is very professional and insightful. Dr. Vivian and her team walk us through the process and recommended the right treatments for me and my sister. Will definitely come back for treatments!

Avoid the Bangsar branch at all costs. Our experience with Consultant Chloe and Dr. Vicky was unprofessional and ethically compromising. • Public Mockery: We sat in the lobby and listened to Chloe and the front desk staff openly gossip and laugh about our facial features. It is a toxic, judgmental environment. •​Privacy Violation: During the procedure, Dr. Vicky brought in a group of strangers/students to watch without asking for our consent. We felt like lab rats. •​Intimidation: We felt we couldn't speak up because the procedure was already in progress and we were scared of the physical outcome if we offended the doctor. ​Chloe is not a licensed doctor, yet she feels entitled to mock patients' appearances. Dr. Vicky’s lack of regard for patient privacy is a major red flag. This clinic is a liability. We are boycotting all branches permanently.
