This is my third treatment at NOX Clinic Pelangi. I have full confidence in Dr. Yi Lin Chia's skill and expertise; she handled my case with great care and precision. I did the Rejuran Healer treatment for the first time at Nox Clinic and it was such a great experience! (Book appt at Austin branch, they are very helpful through WA) At first, I was honestly very nervous and scared since it was my first time doing Rejuran but walked out feeling happy and reassured thanks to the team’s professionalism and calming approach. The process began with numbing cream applied for about 40 minutes. I used 2 syringes for full face coverage. Dr. Lim was incredibly kind, friendly, and extremely meticulous throughout the procedure. He even added local anesthetic into the syringe to help reduce pain — and it really worked. The pain level was only around 2/10, which was much better than I had expected. He kept checking in with me, making sure I was comfortable at every step, which made a big difference. Special thanks to Dr. Lim’s assistant, Tini, who was very warm and talkative. Her friendly presence and casual chatting really helped distract me and made the experience feel a lot more relaxed. Thank you so much to Dr. Lim, Tini, and the entire Nox Clinic team. You turned something I was afraid of into a really pleasant and positive experience. Highly recommended!

I’ve seen a noticeable improvement since coming to this clinic. I’ve been doing pico laser, RF microneedling & exosome. Dr Tan Jie Ying & Dr Harry Tan are very patient and always take time to explain what’s best for my skin. They’re sincere, caring and never push unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciate. The whole team is professional yet friendly, and I always feel comfortable and well looked after. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work. The doctors at NOX are so knowledgeable. Special thanks to Dr Harry Tan, he is always open to any of your questions and gives advices accordingly from his professional view during the consultation. My acne problem was treated well here in four treatments. Furthermore, Dr Harry also shares many theories about aesthetic if you are l keen to know more about it. Every time you come, go home with a smile that comes with a good result. Nevertheless, the reception ladies also very presentable and well trained. They made customers feel comfortable in every visit to this clinic☺️. Highly recommended to those who wants start your very first time aesthetic or pamper yourself with a good result. 💓

It was my first time. I went only for a consultation but they explained it very detailed with my skin concerns and let me know in advance on the pricing of all the mentioned treatments specifically for my skin concerns which is good for a beginner. I'm not the fan of aesthetic clinic due to previous experiences but i think i am now with this clinic cause there's no hard selling at all. They won't force you to take anything unless if you are the one willing to take on it. Sounds like a small issues but for a student, it is a big issues cause you can set your budget. The service 10/10. The staff all are so friendly and helpful with you. The environment 10/10. It is clean and well maintained. Everything stays tidy and all. I would definitely come again for device treatment in the near future.
