Dr Ng is a very professional dentist. I had been missing a tooth for a long time and needed a relatively complex bone grafting procedure. Ordinary implant dentists were not able to handle my case, so they recommended Dr Ng. The entire process went very smoothly. I have been wearing the dental crown for a month now, and everything has been going well with no issues so far. Many thanks to Dr Ng.
Six years ago, I had two "Straumann" implants done in this JB clinic by Dr Ben C. Ng. Recently, one implant crown came loose (see photos) and my Singapore certified "Straumann" dentist confirmed the implant is not "Straumann" brand because there is no "Trademark" logo imprint on them. The screw threads were worn!!! Straumann implants and screws are LIFETIME warranty! My other implants 9 years ago are still very good. ### BEWARE!!!! ### NEVER GO BACK to this dentist. Don’t believe reviews here – they are few and long time ago!
I did an implant with Dr Ng, he is extremely good, very professional , he explains the whole procedure very clearly. He has been doing implants since 1985 and he definitely knows his work. It was painless, I was very comfortable throughout the whole process. He uses implants of high quality from Switzerland , Germany and other European countries. I would highly recommend Dr Ng Ben Chuan and will definitely come back. .
