I had a wonderful experience at MX Clinic with Dr. Jia Ling. She is very professional, patient, and attentive throughout the process. After just my second Sylfirm X RF treatment, I can already see a visible improvement in my skin. The results speak for themselves! The clinic environment is comfortable, and the staff are friendly, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend anyone who is considering skin treatments to visit MX Clinic and try it out!

Had a really great experience at MX Clinic, especially with Dr Jia Ling. She is incredibly meticulous, knowledgeable, and very open in sharing and explaining every step of the treatment. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she took the time to answer all my questions clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in her care. Had my treatments done here by Dr Jia Ling. Wow her fatphobia is so real. As a plus sized lady, she saw fit to encourage me to use weightloss drugs when she doesn't even know me at all and isn't MY primary care doctor. And she found it absolutely ok to tell me that she REFUSED to do rejuran healer on my nose when i told her it helps with oil reduction and appearance of pores. Mind you, I am a very regular user of rejuran and do it a few times a year and i pay thousands of dollars for these treatments. I am sure I know my skin better than her! WILL NEVER RETURN HERE! Goodness me, so unprofessional.

Today did my second facial session. As I am afraid of pain, the doctor is very gentle and explain to me what to expect and how to take care of skin after the treatment. Feel comfortable with this clinic to improve my facial condition.

Been to this clinic a few times and Dr Deon is very very attentive during treatments and will care how the patient/customer feels before proceeding further to ensure minimal discomfort or pain. He will only recommend what treatments are needed and will not push any other unnecessary treatments. 👍
