First time doing an aesthetic treatment and I had a really good experience at MX Clinic. The clinic was clean and comfortable, which immediately made me feel at ease. Dr Jason was professional and patient in explaining the treatment, which helped a lot since it was my first time. Also appreciated that Michelle, the consultant, was friendly and there was absolutely no hard selling, something I was a bit worried about before going. Overall a very pleasant and reassuring first experience with aesthetic treatments.

I've been visiting this aesthetic outlet for almost 2 years, and every experience has been great. Tinnie and Dr. Paul are both very professional, friendly, and attentive. They always take the time to explain procedures clearly and make me feel comfortable during every visit. The service is consistently excellent, and I'm really happy with the results. Dr Su-Ann was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the treatment clearly while addressing my concerns. This was my first time visiting this clinic, and I was honestly a bit worried about hard selling. However, to my surprise, both the doctor and consultant were completely zero sales pressure. They carefully assessed my skin condition and only recommended treatments that truly suited me, which made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the visit. I also heard that about 95% of their customers are from Singapore, which really shows their credibility. The location is very convenient as well.
