我原本预约的时间是早上 9:30am，并在 9:31am 准时抵达现场。 当时被告知前面还有两位顾客，我也表示理解并愿意等待。 但后来我发现，预约 10:00am 和 10:30am 的顾客却被优先安排进入。 理由是他们有进行镭射项目，可以优先？ 如果是这样，为什么不事先说明或调整我的预约时间？ 我完全可以改约到 10:30am 再来，而不是白白等了超过一个小时。 最终，我是到 10:40am 才轮到我，而比我晚预约的顾客已经完成离开。 这样的时间安排实在不合理，也让人感到非常不公平。 希望贵方能检讨安排流程，避免类似情况再次发生。

这家诊所非常不专业！也完全没有帮助！我明明提出了很明确的问题，但回复模糊、重复，没有正面回答任何问题。甚至完全不回复，给到的信息一点作用都没有。作为第一次想就诊的，我只是想在过去之前了解清楚治疗方式，但他们却拒绝提供任何实质性的指导。浪费时间，沟通极差，完全不推荐‼️ Very unprofessional and unhelpful clinic. I contacted them with clear questions, but the responses were vague, repetitive, and did not answer anything directly. Messages were often ignored, and the information provided was completely useless. As a new patient, I simply wanted to know what treatment options were available before making the trip, but they refused to give any proper guidance. Total waste of time and extremely poor communication. Definitely not recommended.

前台的人没有什么礼貌 進來的時候 連一句歡迎光臨也沒有 登记拿了ic 还ic的时候 直接丢在桌子上 體驗感非常差

Came here doctor isn’t here even their door is unlocked how irresponsible are the staff here anyone can go inside

The nurse with spectacle is very rude, always shut the glass door very loud at the counter. During the consultation, the nurses kept walking behind the doctor and tried to listen the conversation between me and doctor. There’s no privacy for the patient. They also don’t have machine for card payment at downstairs, their machine only available upstair for those who doing skincare treatment. I have to climb up to and down just to make a payment, is quite annoying

I had an amazing experience with the clinic staff when I needed to purchase some products at the last minute. They were incredibly helpful and everything was processed smoothly and quickly. Their fast response and professionalism made the entire process stress-free. I’m truly grateful for their service.
