Service yg bagus ,melayan pelangan dgn baik dari whatsapps hingga walk in di klinik. Service juga sgt teliti dgn berpengalaman ,lembut tidak kasar .. of course will repeat soon and really recommended

I attended several facial sessions at their establishments, but they suddenly ceased operations and disregarded my WhatsApp messages, apparently misappropriating customers' hard-earned money. Their shop remained locked and unattended for weeks, demonstrating a lack of responsibility from the business owner or potentially the business owner's failure to pay rent, resulting in the shop being locked out by the landlord.

I have been using Dr Shafiq treatments/services since 2022. He has been kind and generous. To those who claimed that the Doctor or the staffs are inexperienced are all a lie. If you can't afford do not continue and Doctor Shafiq will not force you to take up his recommendations. Doctor Shafiq's price for all treatments are affordable than those in Singapore and Malaysia. There is a saying if you pay nuts you get monkey. Doctor Shafiq has so many customers from Singapore (I am one of them!!) AND I THINK LOSING THOSE THAT BADMOUTHED BX BEAUTY IS NOT DOCTOR SHAFIQ's LOSS!!

Very bad experience. At the very beginning, they asked me to sign a high-priced package. On the same day, the doctor helped me with a boosted and vitamin C. After the treatment, there was no noticeable improvement in my face. Then they started to postpone my last treatment to more than half year. The reason given was that the machine was under maintenance. The store manager was even worse and kept telling me she had other patients but didn't give me any advice or solutions. Anyway, I won’t be back. Like a previous reviewer said, if have -🌟 I would give -5🌟!

Didn’t like that they did a consultation on me and then I feel cornered into taking a high priced treatment. They didn’t give us price list because it seems different per costumer. The guy who put a price on my chemical peel and skin tag removal seemed condescending. And the wart on my nose never went away after a laser session and touch up. The other wart went away but the scar is too big and too noticeable in my face. The redness still hasn’t gone after a month. They said to go back again for them to check but I will never go back they might corner me again into paying again. Also in the consultation the doctor didn’t explain that there is down time for the CO2 laser that they are suggesting. They just pressure me to do it. I’m glad I didn’t proceed because when I researched about it the after result looks extreme and takes one-two weeks to settle down. What if they do it to others and don’t explain the procedure very well and proceed to do it, then they had to cancel other plans etc. For me, omitting details like that and the pricing is deception. If I can give -⭐️, I would.

Shifted to Gelang Patah. Money for package gone. Never sign up. U never know when they will shift again
