Been here since 2013 sebab nak cabut wisdom tooth yang ada masaalah. Pergi ke 2 klinik gigi sebelum tu tapi tak dapat nak settle. Alhamdulillah dipermudahkan untuk ke klinik ni. Dr New is the best. Did my daughter's braces and also extraction of her wisdom tooth with her also. Dr & staff semuanya friendly. Sekarang dah tak takut nak buat rutin check up gigi 2 kali setahun di klinik ni. Charges pun okay. Highly recommended 👍

Saw many good reviews of this dental online and decided to find them to get a new retainer done as my old one is broken. Got my retainer done and collected in about 2 weeks. The whole process is fuss free, from appointment booking , to registration at the counter, and lastly the process of getting a retainer. Really love how everyone is professional in their own role. Definitely will recommend to come for this dental if you need to get a retainer or other services. 👍🏼

I visited Austin Dental Surgery on the recommendations of my sister, and had a very pleasant experience . The staff and dentists were all friendly and competent. I had to go back to do some adjustments to my mouthguard and the attending dentist was very patient and ensured that I had a good fit this time round. Kudos to her! The staff was also very prompt and responsive to my enquiries over watsapp. Thank you for the great experience. Will visit again for future needs.

Dr. is gentle & the staff is friendly. The scaling experience has room for improvement. I told Dr. there were still stains between my teeth, but she said the tools being used couldn’t clean them. After I mentioned that my previous dentist could clean them, she used a little air flow in response. However, when I checked again at home, a few internal stains & stains on my molars still remained. I hope the scaling is more thorough and a better method is offered on her initiative to remove the stains.

I had a tooth extraction at this clinic today and I’m truly grateful to Doctor Sharon.Her technique was very gentle and steady, which made the entire process surprisingly comfortable. I was quite nervous at first, but her calm and professional approach really helped put me at ease. She was not only skilled but also extremely attentive. She explained each step with great patience and showed genuine care about how I was feeling throughout the procedure. After the extraction, she gave clear and thoughtful instructions for aftercare, which made me feel very well looked after. Thank you so much for your excellent care and professionalism. It was a very reassuring and positive experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good and caring dentist!
