I first met Dr. Tan at another branch and decided to follow her here — she’s very professional, listens carefully, recommends treatments based on your needs (and budget if needed), and performs treatments patiently and wholeheartedly. Most importantly, she never hard-sells treatments or products, which I truly appreciate. The other staff here are just as wonderful — well-trained, friendly, and always make you feel at ease. Special mention to Ginger, who treats my skin like her own — always taking extra steps to make sure I’m comfortable, especially since I’m sensitive to pain. Joanne is also extremely meticulous and attentive, handling every little detail with care. And of course, Susan, who is always so welcoming and friendly, making every visit even more pleasant!
