I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Douglas for various aesthetic procedures, and I can confidently say that he is an outstanding doctor. Dr. Douglas's attentiveness was remarkable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain each procedure, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. His extensive knowledge and expertise were evident as he answered all of my questions with clarity and patience. What impressed me the most was Dr. Douglas's efficiency. He efficiently carried out each aesthetic procedure with precision and skill, demonstrating his experience in the field. Despite his busy schedule, he never made me feel rushed, giving each procedure the attention it deserved.

Good ambience and facilities. Good facial and consultation service. Has been coming here for monthly facial for almost 2 years now. Nice team members and everyone is so professional. Don’t have to worry about being force to take packages or products you don’t want / need. Really recommended to come here and pamper yourself. Parking is also easy. Thank you for everything! ❤️

I have been coming here since January 2020 and love it. Can see so much of difference in my skin.Treatment done is very good and DR Douglas is very gentle ,friendly and helpful. Special shout out to my therapist Helen for being so kind and friendly. Definitely recommend !

Not sure I'm having a good experience or not. I got subscribe with their offer package for almost 2k but at the end, I'm not seeing that much difference from before. I can say my face now less acne compare to previous. Their product is so expensive but I don't see that much difference when I used them. And they keep on promoting like to subs with their facial but I refused so since its pretty expensive. I'm expecting more since the price is "exclusive" and I don't mind to spend money for my face but with the price and service, nahh a bit disappointing. My last laser treatment barely even last like 3-5 mins and don't see any changes at all. That is my experience. Feel free to try and just being honest here.

Booked appointment and indicated it was for a vascular birthmark, came and told there was no pulse dye laser. Customer service not familiar with clinical stuff is ok, waste my time is ok, but then they should have either waived the consult or charge me RM50 (quoted 50-100) but guess they decided to charge RM100 Singapore price. Opportunistic clinic manager. Doctor was nice and tried to give some suggestions on who else might have a pulse dye laser in Penang.

I am beyond satisfied with the service provided by Helen. She did an amazing job on my treatment. Very good communication she informed me of each product that was used. She’s very knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend her services!
