This clinic deserves 5 star 🌟. Main thing: Friendly and helpful staffs. They never failed to assist me to get my stuffs on my every visit. 2) I liked their products collection. Almost every premium brand-skin care products available in this clinic which is good for users to switch to different strength level serums/product whenever the skin need it. and the product is cheaper than other clinics. I always get free tester kits to try new products ☺️ 3)They have their own website and Its really helpful and convenient for me to check all their products with it's detailed information so that, i can purchase it through online. Nice!! Conclusion: Recommended!
This clinic will block you for providing low rating for their products at Shopee without any justification, eventhough I have reached out to them. They could have reached out to me to further understand or reply to my comment instead. However, they unable to accept negative feedback. It seems that buyers are not encouraged & not given the opportunity to express honest opinion or experiences without facing backlash. Buyer’s rights are not respected and this raises question about the fairness & integrity of their clinic.
This is my first time purchasing facial products thru Crown Clinic website and I think this clinic absolutely deserves a 5star rating. Items received in good condition without any disappointment. Thanks so much to the staff who attended my enquiries. Btw, thx for the free samples as well.
