Dr. Justin and Dr Jason are truly attentive, patient, and warm, taking the time to explain every detail, provide the right diagnosis and treatment, and look after our entire family. My daughter is usually afraid of nasal swabs and injections, but their compassionate and loving approach made her feel completely at ease and unafraid. They are, without a doubt, our entire family's favorite doctors. They don't just treat the body; they also genuinely care for your inner peace and well-being. Every word of encouragement and care makes us feel comforted and secure. Thank you for your kindness.I will always remember it. Words cannot express how highly I recommend them! Our whole family is feeling happy, well-cared for, and recovering quickly. We are truly grateful!

Doctor is good and very patient to us, but front desk staff very rude and bad attitude. Speak loud and impatient and not helpful at all, just showing the black face while talk to us. Had bring out this issues to doctor but nothing can do to her. Do not stay in service line if not able to provide proper service and communication, especially this is clinic where need a lots of care.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this clinic recently. While the doctor was very professional, polite, and kind to my grandmother, the front desk nurse’s attitude was extremely disappointing. When I requested for a plastic bag after my grandmother suddenly vomited, she sighed then only took one out from the drawer as if it was a burden. What was worse, even though my grandmother was feeling dizzy and needed a moment to sit and rest, the nurse kept rushing us and repeatedly told us that they were closing soon, without showing any empathy for an elderly patient in distress. Btw my grandma is 83 y/o already It was clear that the doctor truly cared and treated my grandmother with respect, but unfortunately, the nurse’s rudeness and lack of compassion left us with a very negative impression of the clinic overall.

I have been visiting this clinic regularly, and it truly feels like my family clinic. The two doctors here are absolutely wonderful. They are very caring, gentle, and patient. The way they speak, smile, and treat patients makes us feel comfortable and confident. They don’t hesitate to examine properly, and they genuinely make us feel that we are in safe hands. Honestly, their service is better than many specialist hospitals nowadays. I am very grateful for their dedication and kindness. However, I would like to share one small suggestion for improvement. The front desk and medicine dispensing staff could perhaps be a bit more warm and welcoming. Since the receptionist is the first person patients see when entering the clinic, a simple smile or friendly greeting would make a big difference in creating a positive first impression. Sometimes, when asking questions about medication, the responses feel very brief, and patients may hesitate to ask further questions. A slightly more friendly and patient approach would complete the wonderful experience that the doctors are already providing. This is not a major complaint, just a sincere suggestion because I truly care about this clinic and want it to continue growing and serving patients happily. With a small improvement in customer service at the front desk, the overall experience would be perfect. Thank you to the doctors for your excellent care and dedication.
