I had such a positive experience at this clinic! Dr. Ng is a caring and knowledgeable doctor who really takes the time to listen and understand your concerns. She explains everything clearly and provides the right treatment and medication. The staff are equally wonderful—so polite and professional. The consultation fees are very reasonable too, which is a big plus. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for good, honest medical care❤️
My mum had her mole removal at Dr Ng Clinic and it was such a great and smooth process! The staff and Dr Ng were so lovely and sweet to her. It was painless and she came back for a follow-up. Results were sent to us, great response and communication from the clinic staff. I would highly recommend!
I would rather to give a 10 stars review to the Dr Ng and her clinic. She was very patient and treats patients with empathy. Every time I came to here when the other clinics can’t give an accurate diagnosis. I think their priority is not to earn money but really to help and cure people. Believe it or not, it’s a clinic you walk in with pain but leave with a smile.

I will not be returning to this clinic. I sought treatment for eczema & after returning home, I became uncertain whether the medication prescribed was safe for me to consume. I contacted the clinic via WhatsApp to seek clarification, however I had to wait four days to receive a response. I hope the clinic can improve its customer service to avoid losing patients’ trust due to issues such as this.
Dr. Ng is a caring and soft-spoken person. After receiving treatment here, I feel better. Here they also have facial treatments, body slimming, acupuncture, gua sha and many more.
