Attn ppl!! This clinic is UNable to issue a simple MC where and when i need their help to issue the MC for my mom for a flight ticket claim due to some illness related to covid 19 and unable to FLY!!!!! The relief doctor is there and saying that she has NO authority and this is what the staff told her. SHE IS A DOCTOR FROM THE GOV HOSPITAL OK WITH A CERT! I have no issue getting this simple MC from other clinic where the local gov hospital doctor doing a relief or job . So ask 1st Ppl. I even talk to their staff... still they say they cannot do anything because this is what Dr Leong told their staff and he is on the flight. I am really speechless and disappointing on this thing. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! If i can i put zero star. This review is just specifically for admin issue for how they handling it. Thank you. So... at the end, i cant wait i get my mom to see other doctor and spend extra money for the procedure. If for those poors or who need their help, are they afford to spend extra money on this?
