Had an amazing experience at Mutiara Spa! The spa is super relaxing, clean, and the atmosphere makes you feel instantly at ease. I got a massage from Emmy, and she was incredible — professional, skilled, and really attentive. Every part of the massage felt personalized and so relaxing. I highly recommend Mutiara Spa to anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience. Will definitely be coming back

I don't know how does this shop get such a high rating. We called the telephone line to ask for availability of 3 pax, the receptionist mentioned only 2 pax availability. So we made a booking for the next day for 3 pax as the receptionist told us they have availaibility for 3 pax. When we go down on the next day, the receptionist told us only 2 availability????? I told her we made a pre-booking, and no one inform us that they do not have 3 availability!!!! The receptionist was even lazy to say a sorry, and just emphasize again that they don't have 3 availability!! What a waste of our time! And what is such attititude?

Definitely worth a visit, really good massure. I'm no expert with regard massages, however, I felt this one was very good (feeling relaxed straight after). I'm comparing it to a massage I had a few days before in Kuala Lumpa from an establishment that had lots of good reviews, however, this one in Langkawi was much better. I had a half hour full body and half an hour foot massage by Daa (probably the wrong spelling but should be phonetically correct), she was unhurried, knows what she is doing and when appropriate she checked with me if the force she was applying was manageable for me. Although her English was limited, we managed to communicate and understand each other. When I go to this establishment again when I visit Langkawi in the future I will definitely ask for Daa.
