Stopped by Siam Oasis Royale for a massage before flying back to SG and it was such a great decision. We were so thankful that they had masseurs available immediately, which made everything smooth and stress free. Huge compliments to Firist and Lex. There was absolutely no discomfort throughout the session. They knew exactly the right points to press and adjusted the pressure perfectly. You can really tell they are experienced and attentive. The service and hospitality were truly commendable. Easily one of the best massages I have had in KL. I will definitely revisit and hope the other branches maintain the same excellent standard of service.

Went here since my flight was delayed, and Debbie at the front desk assisted me with very good service. My masseuse also did a great job, I forgot his name but he knew exactly which areas to focus on. Really recommend this place.

在等待航班時放鬆的好去處。櫃檯人員親切，按摩師訓練有素，環境安靜舒適。2025.4.20第一次同與朋友前往，由於客人較多，櫃檯在詢問我們意見后指派男按摩師，按摩過程完全不會造成任何的不適。我們選擇的是60分鐘的（皇家養身5部曲），整個療程結束后感覺全身都輕盈了~ 下次會再光顧！

One of the best massages I've ever had. I'm usually very anxious, but the environment was very relaxing and the masseuse (Lee) was excellent. The staff were also very professional, polite and friendly. Worth a visit.

usually come here before my flight, but today on CNY eve, communication was really bad. asked for half body therapy for 1 hr instead. staff said ok, i paid then went for the massage. ended after 30 mins so I checked my payment, I paid for 30 mins instead (no issue here). i clarified why 30 mins instead of 60 mins, staff at reception said they were closing at 2pm. i had to ask why? "oh CNY eve." your customers are not psychic. tell them. don't just do what you want. very poor experience. will avoid and only go back to 1Utama outlet.

Ooooof i didnt expect it be good. facilities: 5/5 massage (aroma thai massage 90min male): 5/5 cus service: 5/5 price: 3/5, yea its pricey well thats normal. its at the airport / prior immigration. oil massage + a bit of stretch at the end was great.
