Staff friendly, tapi tu lah service lambat sangat sangat. Datang pukul 8 before klinik bukak lagi tapi pukul 10 pun belum masuk jumpa doctor. Please la improve sikit service, swasta kot.

Kalau sakit mesti pergi klinik ni, sebab the doctors are gentle and understanding 🙂 mostly doctor indian kt situ semua baik2. And the staff also both indian yg jaga kt kaunter and tmpt ubat tu pun dua dua baik! & plus the price tidak for medication and consultation affordable berbanding klinik lain

我9点50 到 等到 11点多才拿到药 今天多人能理解 可是最糟糕的是想上厕所忍耐很久了 上不到他们厕所门坏了 想用第二个厕所 被马来员工阻止说不能用员工厕所 说坏的那个可以用 hello 你们的门都拆卸下来了 请问怎么用？ 难道要光着给别人看你上厕所？ 看医生的时候很快 拿药等很久 希望该诊所能提升一下 谢谢

The nurses and doctors at the clinic are very professional and enthusiastic in providing help. For foreigners, their assistance is particularly reassuring. I truly appreciate that they treat every patient with such dedication. Thank you very much.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the staff. During my recent visit last Saturday around 4 to 5 pm with my 2 kids and wife, before I left the house, I called the clinic and checked if Dr Abiram was there or not but the staff said Dr Abiram was in, upon arriving at the clinic they had no one at the reception and waiting3 and also I walked around the clinic looking for staff to register, and noticed staff playing handphone in the treatment room, Finally they realize someone waiting outside,i tell the staff that i looking for Dr Abiram straight way she tell Dr Abiram not working on Saturday and Sunday,i tell her just now i call u guys say Dr Abiram in, she started making up she said she was wrong and extra2, I was met with unprofessional behavior from the receptionist. The waiting time was also too long, and no one communicated with me about the delay. As a patient, it is frustrating to feel disrespected and unappreciated. I hope the office takes steps to address this issue and improve patient care. No problem with the doctor but the staff is very unprofessional. (#management can replay CCTV on 14/06/25 Saturday around 4 to 5 pm)

Very fast and very friendly.. the service is very good especially the staff names Nanthini .. Very good service and recommended ..
