I had my hair transplant done 3 months ago. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. The process took about 10 hour. Dr Ally and his team, who performed my surgery, were fun and easy to talk to—we shared plenty of laughter during the session, which really helped me feel at ease. Thank you for the great experience. Special thanks to Ms Liyana for helping me with registration, meals, and answering all my questions, and explaining the use of right medication—her support throughout was truly appreciated. They made me feel welcome right from the start. The whole experience was excellent from the moment I entered the clinic. From consultation to procedure and aftercare, the team was incredibly professional, transparent, and reassuring throughout. The doctors took time to explain the hair restoration process clearly and set realistic expectations, which I really appreciated. The clinic is very clean, modern, and well run, and the medical team made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. You can tell they are very experienced and focused on delivering natural-looking results. Post-procedure support has also been excellent and very responsive. If you’re considering a hair transplant and want a clinic that is trustworthy, professional, and detail-oriented, I would highly recommend them.

Customer service was superb! Answered all inquiries as I live overseas and helped me with a quick booking that fits my schedule. Dr Aly, all the medical team and staffs was friendly and supportive. Estimation during online consultation was 3,000 hairs but during the day of surgery it was planned to be around 3500-4000 hairs. I was amazed and grateful to Dr Aly and the team as they’ve given me a discounted price that fits my budget! The procedure went well, felt like I was in a spa and they didn’t mind me snoring (loudly) 😂. They never forget to check on me and has explained all the do’s and don’ts couple times which now I’ve memorised! All post op care went well! I was lucky to be able to find a trusted and honest clinic. A big shout out to Dr. Sumitra for being friendly, kind and Jolly! What a fantastic team! The only thing needs improving is the Lunch, No dessert! As a sweet tooth, Dessert should be served lah!!!! 🤣😂. Overall, 100 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
