First, I was really impressed by how sweet and welcoming Ms. Shirley was. She was very polite and friendly. I did eyebrow threading, and it was an amazing experience as she explained everything and made sure I was happy with the shape. Also, the price was reasonable, and I would say it's the best place for eyebrow threading. I’ll definitely be going back again!

Had an eyelash perm done here recently. First noticable thing is Shirley's personality, she's very bubbly in the best way. She lightens up the whole room and makes me very comfortable throughout the entire services. She's very gently and explain the processes, very useful for a newbie like me who is getting my lash done for the first time. Next, the place is very organized and neat. The room is very decent, the entire environment is calm and serene. Overall, it's a very great experience, hoping to return more for a facial treatment instead. Shirley also provided some guides on skincare even though that wasn't the service I requested, but she just makes some recommendations to improve my skin, which I really appreciated

One of the best facial centres I’ve been to in Penang. PROS: Shirley is super friendly and gives a lot of attention to details. She even went out of her way to get me a cake for my birthday month❤️ CONS: A little pricey but is justified with the amount of time she takes for each session and the products used.
