I had a great experience at Urban Hair Salon with Jimmy and Hema. Jimmy was very honest with his recommendations and took the time to explain what would work best for my hair, especially since my ends had been bleached before. I really appreciated that he focused on maintaining the health of my hair rather than just pushing for a service. Hema was also very gentle throughout the process. She handled my hair carefully and made sure everything was done smoothly without pulling or causing discomfort. The whole experience felt professional and comfortable. Thank you Jimmy and Hema for taking such good care of my hair. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

I had such a good experience with my hair service today! My stylist, Kai, and his team were all incredibly gentle and consistent throughout the whole process. I did a perm and it turned out SO nice — soft, natural, and exactly what I wanted. They really took their time and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend Kai and the team!

I just ended my hair session at Urban Hair and my 2nd visit. Not only am I very satisfied with the way my hair turned out, but I was also blown away by Khai and Jimmy's expertise. Jimmy was able to give good advice on the hairstyle and treatment suited for me. Khai had me swooning over her great hair wash skills. I will be returning for sure!

I took appointment but still they started my service 46 minutes later after me finalising my colors. To be upfront if you are going for highlights expect to pay 800-900 RM even if medium or short hair. Their pricing was very manipulative. Some main course dessert combo. For every single thing additional charge including hair spray and hair length. For shoulder length they charged additional 240 above coloring prices. Not one single stylist assigned, 2-3 ppl come and go. Leave you behind unattended. Their product etc is not organic, it was burning on my scalp. Honestly the services in Singapore are cheaper and more professional and transparent. Totally regret paying extra, wasting 4.5 hours just for coloring no other treatment and also frustrating service. Sure their 4.9 rating is FAKE.
